Consob has ordered black out of 5 new websites that abusively offer financial services/financial products: 4 abusive financial intermediation sites and 1 site through which financial products are offered without a prospectus: - “CFD Active” (website https://cfdactive.com and its page https://client.cfdactive.com); - “High BTC Stock” (website www.highbtcstock.com); - “Tradeontop Limited” (website https://tradeontop.net and its page https://platform.tradeontop.net); - “Xtrader365” (website https://www.xtrader365.com); - “Shellinvestments” (website https://shellinvestment.net). Consob has also suspended on a precautionary basis, for a period of 90 days the offer to the public residing in Italy concerning “Investment Plans” called “Standard”, “Premium” and “Platinum” launched by the so-called “Shellinvestments” including via the website https://shellinvestment.net. |
