Update to Survey on the Principles for the Regulation and Supervision of Commodity Derivatives Markets

Report of the Board of IOSCO - 19 November 2018

IOSCO published the Principles for the Regulation and Supervision of Commodity Derivatives Markets (the Principles) in 2011, in response to a request by the G20 at its November 2010 summit in Seoul, Korea. The report Update to Survey on the Principles for the Regulation and Supervision of Commodity Derivatives Markets is the third implementation review of the Principles and responds to a G20 request for IOSCO to monitor the implementation of the Principles on a regular basis.
