Reminder - Consultation Report on Principles on Outsourcing
On 28 May the Board of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) published a consultation report requesting feedback on proposed updates to its principles for regulated entities that outsource tasks to service providers. In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, the response period was extended to four months. Stakeholders are reminded that they are welcome to comment on this consultation report before or on 1 October.
