IOSCO C4 Virtual Conference on “The Use of Technology in Securities Markets Enforcement”, 07 October 2024

The IOSCO Committee 4 on Enforcement and the Exchange of Information hosted the 3rd edition of the Conference on The Use of Technology in Securities Markets Enforcement (Enforcement Technology Conference) on Monday 07 October 2024 in a virtual format. The 3rd edition of the conference featured presentations and case studies on four topics:

• A data and machine learning-led approach for the proactive identification of investment fraud and crypto enabled financial crime
• The use of web scraping to support enforcement actions
